dusitD2 Feydhoo sits a quick seven minutes off Malé — close enough that the day still belongs to you when you land. The retreat holds 127 villas, suites and residences across beach, waterfront and overwater addresses, and runs on a limitless all-inclusive plan. Meet-and-assist starts at the airport. Champagne starts at breakfast. The mood is colour and movement rather than hush — five restaurants, a rooftop bar, an overwater chef's table, a beach club with infinity pool. A $20 daily credit per person folds into spa hours at Namm, dive trips, or extras at the watersports centre. Kids two to twelve stay, play and eat free for up to two children, with their own club, a teens club, and roundtrip transfers built in. For meetings and milestones, the Feydhoo Finolhu Hall — 360 sqm, with breakout rooms — is one of the largest event spaces in the country. Day, evening and full-day all-inclusive packages are open to non-resident guests too, which is unusual here.
Arrival. 7-minute speedboat from Velana International. We time the transfer to your flight, and confirm it in writing with the rest of the stay.

The overwater chef's table is included once every four nights — built into the all-inclusive plan rather than sold against it.
Every guest banks a $20 daily credit across spa, dive, watersports or incidentals — rare on an all-inclusive island. The retreat's own experiences paper below.
The runway to the jetty in seven minutes — the shortest meaningful transfer in the country, with meet-and-assist at the airport.
Thai-led therapies in single and couple rooms — and the retreat's $20 daily credit folds spa hours into the all-inclusive rhythm rather than pricing them out of it.
With a 360-square-metre hall and 240-banquet capacity, Feydhoo Finolhu takes the working occasion — the company week, the big family gathering — and pairs it with day-to-night venues the others don't hold.
Seven minutes from the capital and somehow entirely apart — swim before the island stirs.
Dive, watersports or Namm — the daily credit nudges the day somewhere new.
The couple rooms hold the heat of the day at bay.
The overwater chef's table on its included cadence; the cellar's hundred cocktails otherwise.
